Membership Application Form
Find a list of the various membership types that we have on offer below. These are for 12 months from 1st May, our annual renewals date. For our Premier, 7 Day and 5 Day membership categories pro-rata fee rates are available, the remaining categories are for 12 months from the date of joining. To enquire click here.

Premier Membership £942
This membership category has all of the benefits associated with full 7 day membership plus the following additional benefits:
- 6 Free Guest Green Fees each membership year. Unused guest green fees are forfeited at the end of the membership year (No more than 3 guests at any one time)
- Free Junior membership for a qualifying family member or close relative
- Normal Members Guest Green Fees will apply where the free allocation of green fees is exceeded
- Membership of Golf Plus is included and entitles members to play free at 5 other courses.
Full 7 Day Membership £846
Additional benefits of Full 7 Day Membership are:
- No playing restrictions
- Entry to weekday and weekend club, friendly and qualifying competitions and Wednesday night stablefords
- Opportunity to represent the club at away competitions
- Membership of Golf Plus is available with the entitlement to play free at 5 other courses.
Full 5 Day Membership £746
Playing restrictions:
- Play permitted Monday to Friday only
- Play at weekends is allowed subject to a green fee of just £10 for 18 holes
Additional benefits of Full 5 Day Membership are:
- Entry to weekday club, friendly and qualifying competitions and Wednesday night stablefords
- Opportunity to represent the club at away competitions
HM Forces Membership £746
This membership category is for golfers who are members of HM Forces and has all of the benefits associated with full 7 day membership. Golf Plus is available with this Membership Package.
Off Peak Membership for a 12 month period £595
Restrictions:
- April 1st to September 30th play permitted after 12.30pm
- October 1st to March 31st play permitted after 11.30am
- To play before the permitted times incurs a green fee of just £10 for 18 holes
Membership Benefits:
- Entry to Bank Holiday and Wednesday qualifying stableford competitions
Nine Hole Membership £498
This membership category restricts members to playing 9 holes per day and includes Wednesday’s 9 hole stableford qualifier and non qualifier competitions. Thursday’s 9 hole competition is also included.
Intermediate and Junior Membership
- Intermediate Membership (25 to 30 years old) £492
- Intermediate Membership (19 to 24 years old) £346
- Junior Membership (Up to 18 years old) £140
These membership categories are for younger golfers and have all of the benefits associated with full 7 day membership. Golf Plus is available with these membership packages.
Country Membership £430
This membership category is for golfers who reside more than 30 miles from MHGC and has all of the benefits associated with full 7 day membership with the exception of Golf Plus.
Associate Membership £145
Associate Membership £145 per 12 months, includes discounted green fees, set-up and maintenance of your WHS handicap and entry to selected club competitions (new members only).
Social Membership £35
Social members may fully participate in the many and varied social activities that feature in the club’s calendar. These include Theme evenings, Quizzes, Pie nights and Supper evenings together with party nights at Christmas and the New Year.
